The views from the Penthouse Suite are truly spectacular with panorama's from the balcony and from almost all the windows. These pictures were taken in early February 2004, well before the clear blue skies of summer, even so the view is stunning! The views  to the north are of the Blackwater river, and towards the Knockmealdown mountains. To the south the views are of the sea and the small town harbour of Youghal.
